Day 01

Arrival in Mauritius & Check-In at Tropical Attitude

Welcome to Mauritius.

Your Mauritius tour package begins the moment you step off the plane and feel the warm island air wrap around you. The island is smaller than you expect, and everything feels greener and closer to the sea. You have a whole week ahead.

Your shared airport transfer picks you up from SSR International Airport and takes you north to your first resort - Tropical Attitude (Adult Only). Check in and settle into your Couple Seafront Villa.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the amenities of your resort. You can head out to the seafront and feel the sand under your feet. Watch the amazing sunset with your partner.

Later, find a chair by the water, order a drink, and let the island settle around you. Dinner tonight is at the resort. Enjoy your first romantic evening in Mauritius.

Day 02

Historical North Island Discovery City Tour

After breakfast, get ready to discover the history and flavour of northern Mauritius. This is a guided group tour that takes you through the island's colonial past, its busy capital, and a few of its most iconic cultural stops.

Your shared transfer picks you up from the resort and sets off toward Port Louis and the north.

The tour will take you through:

Fort Adelaide (The Citadel): Climb to this old colonial fort for sweeping views over Port Louis. The history here goes back centuries, and your guide will walk you through how the island changed hands between empires.
Port Louis City Drive: Pass through the capital, where colonial-era buildings sit beside modern streets. The city moves at its own rhythm and is worth absorbing slowly.
Caudan Waterfront: Spend some free time at the island's most popular waterfront precinct. Shop, stroll, or simply sit with your partner and watch the harbour.
Kuan Fu Tea Tasting: Sit together and sip through some of Mauritius's finest local tea blends. It is one of those small, specific pleasures you do not expect to love as much as you do.
Dholl Puri Tasting: Try this iconic Mauritian street food, a thin flatbread served with curry and chutney. One bite and you will understand why it has been a local staple for generations.
Chateau de Labourdonnais: Walk through this beautifully restored colonial mansion surrounded by orchards, followed by a premium juice and rum tasting that rounds off the afternoon perfectly.

Return to the resort in the evening.

Day 03

Religious & Adventurous South Island Discovery Tour

Pack comfortable shoes. Today takes you deep into the southern highlands of Mauritius.

This is one of the most amazing days of your Mauritius couple package, moving from sacred sites to volcanic craters to colourful earth formations. Your shared group transfer picks you up after breakfast and heads south.

The tour will take you through:

Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao): Arrive at this sacred crater lake, a major Hindu pilgrimage site ringed by temples and watched over by a 108-foot Lord Shiva statue. The atmosphere is genuinely moving, and the scale of the statue only hits you when you are standing beneath it.
Plaine Champagne Scenic Drive: Pass through the island's cool highland interior, with views of Bassin Blanc, an old volcanic crater set among dense forest. The air gets noticeably cooler as you climb.
La Vallee des Couleurs Nature Park: Walk together through the Valley of Colours, where 23 shades of volcanic earth ripple across the hillside in rust, ochre, violet, and gold. One free digital photo souvenir per couple is included for any park activity.
Floreal: A quick stop in this charming highland town for souvenirs and a look at the famous Model Ship Factory, where intricate vessels are handcrafted using traditional methods.
Trou aux Cerfs: Stand at the rim of this dormant volcano crater and look out over the island in every direction. On a clear day, the panoramic views stretch all the way to the coast.

Day 04

Sun, Sand & Sea Discovery Tour to Ile aux Cerfs

Today, your Mauritius tour package takes you to the east coast. Enjoy a full day on the water, ending on one of the most beautiful islands in the Indian Ocean. Pack your swimwear, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and your best mood.

The day entails:

Belle Mare Plage Beach: Arrive at the east coast's most celebrated stretch of sand. The water here is shallow, calm, and a colour of blue that does not look quite real. Optional water sports like parasailing are available at extra cost if you want to add a little thrill.
Grand River South East Waterfall: On the way to Ile aux Cerfs, your speedboat passes the dramatic point where the Grand River South East plunges into the sea. It is one of those sights that comes out of nowhere and stops the conversation.
Ile aux Cerfs Island: Take the speedboat to this iconic island and enjoy free time. White sand, clear lagoons, and nothing to do but be together. Additional water activities like tube rides and undersea walks are available on the island at an optional cost.

Return to the resort and spend a quiet last evening at Tropical Attitude before your move south tomorrow.

Day 05

Transfer to Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort & Leisure

Pack your bags and say goodbye to Tropical Attitude. Your Mauritius couple package continues south.

The Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort sits on the island's southern coast, a part of Mauritius that feels less visited and more personal.

Your shared transfer takes you from the north down through the island's interior, giving you a breathtaking view of the landscape before you arrive at your new home for the next three nights.

Check in, settle into your Beachfront Villa, and take some time to relax. The other half of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You can step out with your partner and explore:

The Beach at Outrigger: The south coast has a quieter, more open feel. Walk along the shoreline with your partner, find a spot to sit, and enjoy the calm, romantic vibes.
Resort Facilities: Enjoy the premium facilities of the resort. Spend time in the pool, experience a spa session, and treat yourself at one of the restaurants.

Day 06

Leisure Day at Outrigger Mauritius

After breakfast, get ready for a calm and rewarding day.

This is your free day, and it is meant to be spent however you feel right. The Outrigger's location on the south coast puts you within reach of some of the island's most dramatic landscapes if you want to explore, or you can simply stay close to the beach and let the day come to you.

You can head out and visit:

Le Morne Brabant: Drive or arrange a visit to this UNESCO-listed basalt monolith that rises from the southwest tip of the island. The views from the base looking out over the lagoon are among the most dramatic in Mauritius.
Chamarel Seven Coloured Earths: Not far from the resort, this geological wonder features rolling dunes of earth in seven distinct shades. A completely different angle on the volcanic landscape from what you saw at the Valley of Colours.
Chamarel Waterfall: While you are in the area, the Chamarel Waterfall is one of the tallest on the island and is worth a short detour.
Spa at Outrigger: Your honeymoon package includes a 30-minute couple's massage during your stay. Today is a good day to use it. Book it in advance with the resort.

End the evening with dinner at the resort, your last full dinner included with the half-board plan.

Day 07

Last Evening in Mauritius

Savour this one. Today is your final full day in Mauritius. The whole day is for you and your partner; enjoy each minute spent together. You can go for:

Gris Gris Cliffs: A short drive from the resort, this wild and dramatic stretch of black rock coast with crashing waves is unlike anything else you have seen on the trip. No swimming, just standing at the edge and feeling how big the ocean is.
Souffleur Blowhole: Nearby, natural rock formations channel the waves into a natural blowhole effect. It is one of those understated Mauritius moments that do not appear on every itinerary but stay with you.
A Final Beach Walk: Come back to the resort, walk the beach one more time, and let the trip come to a close on its own terms.

Day 08

Departure from Mauritius

Your 7-night Mauritius tour package ends today.

After breakfast, pack your bags and complete your check-out. Your shared transfer will pick you up and take you back to SSR International Airport in time for your flight home. As you drive north one last time, watch the island pass outside the window and carry the memory of it with you. The beaches, the coloured earth, the sound of the lagoon at Ile aux Cerfs, the quiet of the south coast at dusk. Mauritius gives you a lot in seven nights.
